Corrections come first. If a piece here has a wrong date, a factory that has since closed, a brand under new ownership, or a fiber content that does not match the package, say so and it gets fixed. Include the article, and where you can, where your information comes from.
Questions about a brand covered here are welcome, and so is a brand nobody has covered yet. Some of the better pieces on this site started with a reader saying she had never seen anyone write about a company she had been buying from for years.
For brands and press offices: product information, catalogs, and technical specifications get read and are genuinely useful. A request to publish a press release as written will not be taken up.
A person answers, usually within a few days. What you send is used to reply to you and for nothing else; the privacy policy covers how it is handled and how long it is kept.
